New Restaurant Concept Development
From the original story to the completed concept and opening, every restaurant certainly needs a clear vision and direction in order to succeed.
1. The Pitch-Deck
To get your restaurant business started, your pitch-deck will include your concept story that includes rich imagery to visualize your food and beverage concept. This can also include the logo & brand development, service approach, the menu, and other details that differentiate your concept in the current market place.
3. Business Plan
Based upon the Pitch-Deck and Feasibility Study, a business plan is critical to secure investment in the restaurant concept. Your business plan outlines the market opportunity, demographics, long-term profitability and growth potential, and other crucial information for potential investors.
5. Architectural Design
This includes the exterior design, the interior design, and the kitchen design. Creating accurate floorplans and drawings to define the front and back-of-house areas including seating, lighting, furniture, fixtures, finishes, and equipment.
7. Marketing & Promotion
A marketing plan will be developed that includes website, advertising, social media, and branded products.
2. Feasibility Study
A clear, comprehensive roadmap to determine the financial feasibility of the concept. This will include a startup investment budget along with the breakeven analysis and the ongoing profitability after opening. Scout, research, and include a suitable restaurant location.
