For over 25 years, Clayton has developed, opened, and managed many restaurants and bars of many different styles and brands. These outlets have been in the U.S. and all over Asia, Europe, and located within shopping malls, casinos, hotels, high-rise towers, as well as free-standing locations.
As an established restaurateur and having worked in the kitchen, front-of-house, and managed many great restaurants, Clayton has worked with many different food & beverage concepts. He also has experience in fixing unique elements of established restaurant businesses. He is also skilled in concept development, new or rebranding an older business concept, product development, and pushing new exciting marketing ideas and directions.
